Binky’s boarding is a newly built secure double glazed cabin with large windows for cooling down during the day and netted to prevent small insects from entering the hotel.

Within the Cabin there are several custom built hutches built from animal safe materials such as untreated wood and a sleeping area for those private leave me alone times.

Chose the colour you like or the name of the hutch for your furry to stay in.

Health & Hygiene

All rabbits boarding with us must be vaccinated against myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhage Disease, for their own protection and that of our other guests. Please remember to bring your vets vaccination certificate when checking in.

Prices shown are per day. Please contact us if your pet type is not displayed in the list below. A non-refundable £10 deposit is required, which is offset against the cost of your booking.

Your balance is payable by Bank transfer or cash on the day of arrival. Cards Not Accepted.

Binky’s Small Pet Boarding Terms and Conditions

The contract will be deemed as active once a booking has been made and the deposit has been received.

On arrival you will be required to sign to show you agree to our terms and conditions. Failure to agree to sign our terms and conditions and show your rabbit’s up to date vaccination card will result in the cancellation of your booking, your deposit will not be refunded to you.

You need to notify us of any cancellation as soon as possible before your pets holiday date is due.

All boarding fees must be paid in full 1 week before arrival of your pet (if via bank transfer) or cash on the day, if you shorten your pet’s stay you will still be required to pay for the dates booked.

Owners will be asked to bring proof of their address such as Driving Licence / Utility Bill.

At the present time there is no licensing required for the boarding of rabbits and small pets, it is your responsibility to establish that our boarding facility is suitable for your pet requirements prior to making a booking. Viewing is welcome by appointment only.

Check in and Collection: Check in and collection of pets are by APPOINTMENT ONLY please ensure the time slot you choose on the booking system is the time you arrive, if you cannot make your appointment please advise us as soon as possible, we have lots of pets arriving and leaving so need to ensure we have plenty of time for each guest.

We ask you to settle your pet(s) into the hutch upon arrival as this causes less stress for your little one.

Should owners decide to collect pet(s) before the stated collection date boarding fees are non-refundable.

Payment: All payments must be paid in full one week before boarding commences if paying by bank transfer or cash on arrival day. 

Payments can be via Bank transfer or Cash or Card on the day bank details will be sent on the invoice.

Shared Hutches: Animals sharing a hutch which begin displaying signs of aggression toward each other may be separated at our discretion for the safety, health and well being of the animals.

Should we feel the need to separate pets sharing a hutch, a relevant charge for extra boarding accommodation will be levied.

Un-neutered Pets: We do not board pregnant animals. Any animal boarding with ourselves that gives birth to a litter while in our care will remain with the litter under our supervision until the kits or piglets are weaned for the security of the mother and the survival of the litter.

The owner will incur a relevant charge for extra costs of boarding which can be up to 8 weeks.

At no time will any pets come into direct contact with any other animal other that those they have been boarded with by their owner.

Vaccinations: We do accept rabbits for boarding if they are not vaccinated against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhage Disease, for their own protection and that of our other guests. 

Your rabbit will need to have had these at least two weeks before their stay with us.

It is at the owners own risk if any illness occurs during or after its stay with us. 

Please remember to bring your vets vaccination certificate when checking in otherwise we will not be able to accept the rabbit.

Illness and Medication: At the time of boarding with us, if your pet(s) is under veterinary care and receiving medication for non-contagious medical condition/s, we are happy to assist in your pet’s medical programme by administering prescribed drugs and/or injections on your behalf free of charge. Please ensure you provide sufficient medication for the duration of your pets stay with us,

we reserve the right at all times to refuse boarding any animal exhibiting signs of injury and/or ill health NOT in receipt of veterinary treatment.

Emergencies and Veterinary Fees: Under any circumstances should your pet require emergency medical treatment or veterinary assistance for any health condition existing prior to boarding or occurring during boarding.

We will ensure your pet receives immediate veterinary attention.

We will instruct our/your vet and any fees which accrue and remain outstanding upon collection of the pet are entirely the responsibility of the owner.

Death: Whilst every possible attention is given to your pet(s) health, safety and welfare, in the event of a death occurring we will try to contact you to make suitable arrangements.

If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we will act at our discretion.

Boarding fees are non-refundable in the event of death of a pet. Please note all pets boarding are left completely at the owners risk and we accept no responsibility whatsoever should your pet become ill or a death occur. 

Our Premises: We accept no liability for injury sustained by you or any other person whilst on our premises.
